The Reliability and Validity Measurement for Emotional Intelligence and Cohesion of Workgroup Among Football Players

One of the important processes in research is to ensure that questionnaire reliable and valid. Based on previous research, psychometric properties measurement for emotional intelligence cohesion workgroup are not widely tested by using sample context sports. Hence, main objective this study test reliability validity among football players. The method quantitative where form used conduct study. consisting Schutte Emotional Intelligence Scale (SEIS) Group Cohesiveness Scale. 252 players plays Premier League Super League. data was analyzed Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS) software version 26. As result, score Cronbach Alpha SEIS 0.816 while Scale, 0.778. terms reliability, findings show all items high reliability.
